The brief

The Blue Otter Trail is a consortium of food and drink related businesses in Hitchin which aimed to help establish the town as a ‘Food Tourism Destination’ by achieving national press coverage. A tone was needed that was engaging, enthusiastic and had a genuine home grown feel to it. Copy included content for website, print and social media, press releases and written media liaison as well as editorial for LoveFood magazine which you can read here.
