Working with Nick Applin Brand Management, I provide copy and content for blogs and social media, gaining a following of over 2000 industry prospects over the first three months.

In addition to coordinating The Blue Otter Trail, I have solid experience of writing for the food and drink sector. The Library Restaurant is situated in a landmark building in Norwich which was formerly the UK's first subscription library. I provide The Library with copy for their regular newsletters and mailers. Because The Library has a very loyal customer base of regulars but also attracts many new visitors, copy needs to be friendly and personal whilst retaining a professional and welcoming tone.
I have enjoyed helping many trade and technical businesses with copy for websites, flyers and adverts. J O'Connor was established almost 30 years ago as a small, family business and has expanded to national operations, is a preferred suppliers to Housing Associations, as well as large scale (£500,000+) private and commercial projects all over the UK. It was important that the tone of the website supports the housing sector and developer contracts J O'Connor tenders for, whilst also emphasising that the team were still able to carry out private work.

UKguests provide homestay accommodation, via a network of approved and registered hosts, to international students wishing to study in London. I provide copy for newsletters to their hosts. It is important that these are interesting and relevant, but also that they succinctly and accurately detail any changes to laws and regulations. As an internationally approved supplier of homestay accommodation, copy for UKguests needs to be professional and authoritative as well as positive and friendly. I have good experience of working with / writing for both the education sector and commercial suppliers to this sector.
